1. Who we are

The Wild Path is operated by The Wild Path – Sole Proprietorship of Sunil Pachar, registered in India.

All journeys, retreats, and inner-dance sessions are offered under this entity.

2. Booking & payments

• A booking is confirmed only after payment of the deposit or the full amount.
• Payment deadlines will be communicated clearly.
• Payments are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.
• Prices may shift based on availability or season; final amounts are always shared before confirmation.

3. Cancellations & refunds

Journeys involve fixed local costs.

• If you cancel, a refund cannot be guaranteed.
• If we cancel due to weather, safety, or local disruption, we will refund what we can recover from partners.
• You are responsible for obtaining travel insurance.

4. Health & personal responsibility

By booking, you acknowledge:

• You are medically fit for travel and sessions.
• You have disclosed any relevant conditions or allergies.
• You follow guidance from the team during the journey.

The Wild Path is not responsible for losses or delays caused by weather, transport changes, or events outside our control.

5. Travel documents

You must ensure your passport, visa, insurance, and required permits are valid.

We are not responsible if entry or travel is denied due to missing documents.

6. Use of photos & media

We may take group photos or videos during journeys.

If you do not want to appear in any content, inform us before the journey begins.

7. Conduct

Respectful behaviour is required.

We reserve the right to remove a participant if their actions threaten the group’s safety or experience.

8. Inner-dance sessions

Inner-dance is a supportive practice, not medical treatment.

Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

9. Website use

Do not copy or distribute content without permission.

10. Service changes

Routes, schedules, and accommodation may change due to local conditions.

We will inform you of major adjustments as early as possible.
