The Way the Journey Unfolds
When you arrive, you lie down in a held space, eyes closed, safe and supported.
Soundscapes begin: layers of music, rhythm and frequency shift the brain from waking beta through alpha, theta and sometimes delta states.
Facilitators hold the container minimal verbal cues, gentle point-work or touch only when needed and invite your body’s own movement or stillness to emerge.
What arises may be subtle: a surge of energy, spontaneous tremor, tears, vivid imagery, or profound stillness. Each session is inherently unique.
Post-session, integration is honoured: rest, sharing, reflection so the shifts settle and become tangible in daily life.
