With over a decade of experience in martial arts, yoga, animal movement and embodied awareness, I help you rediscover your body’s natural intelligence.

Building Resilience from the inside out

For Teens (12–18)

I work with teenagers during one of the most important phases of their lives — a time when their bodies are changing fast, and their minds are trying to keep up. These sessions help them feel strong and at home in their own body.

We focus on posture, coordination, and balance, but also on something deeper: confidence, focus, and self-awareness. I help teens discover how to move with ease, breathe through pressure, and build the kind of inner stability that supports them in exams, sports, and daily life.

This isn’t just physical training — it’s life-shaping work. It builds a foundation they can carry into adulthood, in their own way, on their own terms.

When life feels like too much

For Stress, Burnout and Disconnection

If your body feels like it’s holding too much — pain, fatigue, tension, or emotional heaviness — this work offers a way back. I support you in releasing stored stress, rebuilding trust in your body, and finding strength that doesn’t require pushing or forcing. These sessions are for anyone who’s tired of feeling stuck and ready to try a more honest, instinctive path to healing.

Whether you’re dealing with overwhelm, anxiety, or simply a sense of being disconnected from yourself, we move at a pace that respects your limits — while gently expanding them. You don’t have to be at your best to begin. You just have to be willing to start.

Heal and find new ways to move effortlessly 

For Chronic Pain

If you’re dealing with chronic pain, tension, or recurring injuries, I meet you where you are — no force, no pushing. Together we gently explore what your body is holding and how it’s been compensating. Through movement, breath, and nervous system recalibration, we begin to unwind the patterns that keep pain in place.

These sessions help you reconnect with how your body wants to move — not how it should move — and build new pathways for strength and ease.

Over time, you start to feel less guarded, more mobile, and more confident in your own pace of healing.

1: Discovery

Mapping your body’s current blueprint

Every path begins with understanding. In your first few sessions, we map your current body blueprint: how your joints move, how energy flows through your day, what movements feel natural or strained.

You’ll get a clear sense of your strengths, limitations, and focus patterns — a personal mind-body map to guide the journey ahead.

2: Customised Practice

Designing your own practice

With a deeper sense of your body, we design a practice that matches your needs. This could include functional strength training, focus work, nervous system recalibration, or nutrition strategies aligned with your constitution and geography.

You choose the direction. I offers the tool. Together, we build a movement style that feels sovereign and your own.

3: Integration

Practice as part of your life

This is where practice becomes part of your life. Whether you’re preparing for a trek, an interview, a performance, or daily demands, we bring your training into real-world scenarios.

Integration retreats, embodied simulations, and self-assessment tools help you track progress and stay in tune with your evolving state of being.

These sessions are for when your body’s not cooperating, your energy’s off, or nothing you’re trying seems to help. We meet, we check what’s going on  and we work with it.

Movement as Meditation

I don’t treat the body as something to fix or push. We work with what’s already there: how you move, where you feel blocked, what habits are running in the background. Through martial arts and instinctive movement I’ve shaped a practice that’s clear, grounded, and built for real life.

Movement is only part of the work. In every session, we also talk. Not in a therapeutic script, but in a way that’s honest and real. I bring my own lived experience, not theories and I speak directly. People come with stress, doubt, anger, confusion, or burnout. We look at what’s behind it, not to fix it, but to stop running from it. I don’t offer spiritual language or mindset tricks. I help you see what’s real, cut through the noise, and come back to yourself, in your own way, on your own terms.

These sessions aren’t about performance. They’re about helping you feel at home in your body again, with more strength, clarity, and focus.

And for those who also feel the pull to move outward, I guide custom journeys across India — from one-day trips near Rishikesh to longer custom journeys experiences.

All sessions begin with a 3-session discovery package. This is where we slow down, see what’s going on in your body, and start working from there — through movement, awareness, and conversation.

Discovery Package (3 sessions): ₹3,000
Ongoing sessions : ₹1,200 each
